What You’ll Do: Drive Fleet Performance & Strategy
As a Global Services Fleet Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our global fleet. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and interpret large datasets related to fleet utilization, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, asset downtime, routing efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports that provide clear, concise insights into key fleet metrics for various stakeholders.
- Trend Identification & Forecasting: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in fleet data to anticipate future needs, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization. Assist in forecasting fleet requirements and life cycle management.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze expenditures related to fleet operations, maintenance, and procurement to identify areas for cost reduction without compromising service quality or safety.

What You’ll Bring: Your Analytical Acumen & Expertise
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with a strong background in data analysis and an understanding of fleet or logistics operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Data Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is essential. Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is highly desirable.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a strong plus.
- Fleet/Logistics Knowledge: A solid understanding of fleet management principles, logistics, supply chain operations, or asset utilization.
