Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
- Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Educate customers on American Express products, services, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
