Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the Content & Business Products team.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications.
- Assist in strategic planning, project management, and operational initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, industry partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Handle expense reporting, travel arrangements, and budget tracking.
- Oversee content and business product-related tasks, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation within Netflix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, business operations, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or technology industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teams.
