Delta Air Lines is hiring Remote Customer Experience Specialists to deliver world-class service to our passengers. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide personalized support to customers via phone, chat, or email — helping them navigate reservations, travel issues, policies, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to customers by answering questions and resolving issues
- Assist with flight reservations, schedule changes, cancellations, and loyalty programs
- Guide customers through Delta policies, procedures, and digital tools
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling stressful situations
- Use Delta's systems to access and update customer information
- Meet quality and productivity targets (e.g. response time, customer satisfaction)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to multitask between tools and systems
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
