Job Summary We're looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time INBOUND phone Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members, and resolving customer challenges. You'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls and providing exceptional customer service. Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions. Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to commute to our facility from your home. A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once. Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
