Assist with daily activities and tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and administering medication, under the direction of a registered nurse. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to facilitate a positive and reassuring environment. Monitor and document changes in patients' condition, report any concerns or issues to the appropriate healthcare provider. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols and safety regulations. Provide emotional support and comfort to pediatric patients and their families during difficult times. Attend training and educational sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in pediatric care. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient privacy. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and care delivery processes.
