Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and ensure profitable sales performance. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute sales initiatives and campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** * **Manage a remote sales team**: Set, measure, and track sales performance, and hold team members accountable for their targets. * **Set individual revenue targets**: Establish and drive attainment of revenue targets throughout the area, ensuring profitable sales. * **Maintain market awareness**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market. * **Enforce standards and monitor pricing practices**: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process. * **Drive functional sales initiatives**: Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns. * **Provide leadership and coaching**: Develop and implement plans to drive market/customer penetration and optimize team performance. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **9-15 years of direct business-to-business sales management experience**: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. * **Advanced knowledge of the Building Services and Construction industry**: Strong understanding of the industry, including market trends and competitive forces. * **Proficiency with a CRM**: Experience with a customer relationship management system, such as Salesforce. * **Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business**: Ability to collaborate with operations, fleet, logistics, and other departments. * **Bachelor's degree or relevant experience**: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience. **What We Offer** At Aggreko, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
