High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications an asset. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are considered an asset: Previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting. Knowledge of Disney products and services, or a passion for the brand and its offerings. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service technologies. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
