This position can be 100% remote located in the following states: AL, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY. Must have reliable internet connection. No Dish internet connection. If working remotely must have a quiet designated workspace to take calls. Work Hours: 40 hours- Monday- Friday. Hours will be 8-4:30pm Central Standard Time. Positions to start in October 2025This is a temporary position that may extend to January 31, 2026. JOB DUTIES:Accept and manage inbound calls, emails and chats from client-based participants enrolled in consumer loyalty reward and employee motivation programsResearch, assist, resolve, deescalate inquiries pertaining to loyalty reward accountsUpdate and notate new and existing participant information in propriety systemsIdentify and escalate priority issuesAttend program training and development classesFollow detailed procedures for common questionsAssist in training other Contact Center staff through mentoringMaintain professional standards at all timesQUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent1-2 years of Customer Service Experience (Experience in a call center environment highly preferred)Strong computer knowledge and proficiency to quickly navigate between multiple screens in an online environmentExcellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone voiceProficient writing and grammar skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIf working remotely in this role, must have a quiet dedicated work space with no distractionsKEY COMPETENCIES Excellent work ethic that demonstrates eagerness and initiative to learn and accept new challengesPositive, upbeat, outgoing professional attitudeStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong keyboarding and data entry skillsFast learnerHigh standard of professionalismKind, caring, patient and empatheticReliable, comes to work daily on timeIs open to coaching and feedbackAttention to detailUses good judgmentAdaptableTeamwork OrientationStress toleranceResilienceDISCLAIMER: This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
