General Virtual Assistant (Kajabi & Online Course Support) About Us We are a fast-growing online education and coaching company helping students worldwide through digital courses, evergreen programs, and live coaching. Our mission is to create a seamless, high-quality experience for every student and member at every touchpoint. Our tech stack includes Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, ClickUp, Vimeo, and Google Workspace, which we use daily to deliver programs, manage customers, and communicate with our community. ⸻ The Role We’re looking for a highly reliable General Virtual Assistant with experience in Kajabi and online course support. You’ll play an important role in making sure our courses, coaching offers, and student support systems run smoothly. This role starts at 10 hours per week (2 hours/day, Monday to Friday) with the opportunity to grow as you demonstrate reliability and expertise. ⸻ Typical Responsibilities Course & Coaching Management • Schedule live coaching calls within programs. • Upload new modules, lessons, and recordings into Kajabi. • Maintain existing Kajabi products and ensure content is organized and accessible. Email & Communications • Send emails through Kajabi using proper tagging, segmentation, and filters. • Assist with announcements, reminders, and course updates. • Oversee and triage customer support inquiries (access, billing, general troubleshooting). Customer Experience • Handle support-related issues (access problems, billing questions, login issues, basic troubleshooting). • Escalate complex issues to the team when needed. • Ensure students receive prompt, clear, and supportive responses. Admin Support • Keep ClickUp task management up to date. • Assist with one-off administrative needs as delegated. (Occasional support with social media/community posting may be required, but the focus is Kajabi + customer support.) ⸻ Requirements • 2+ years of proven VA experience supporting online businesses (coaching, education, or digital products preferred). • Strong working knowledge of Kajabi (course management, email campaigns, tagging, automations). • Comfortable troubleshooting common customer support issues. • Excellent written English and professional communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a systems-first mindset — keeps processes clean and organized. • Self-starter who can take delegation and execute without constant supervision. • Ability to document processes clearly for team use. ⸻ Nice to Have • Experience with ClickUp for task management. • Familiarity with Zoom, Vimeo, Dropbox, Intercom. • Understanding of course workflows and customer journey. ⸻ Working Hours • 2 hours/day, Monday to Friday (10 hours per week). • Potential to expand hours and responsibilities as the role grows. ⸻ What We Offer • Consistent, long-term work with a supportive team. • Opportunity to work in a modern, AI-forward business environment. • Clear processes and systems to help you succeed. • Potential to expand your role as you prove reliability and expertise. ⸻ How to Apply Please include the following in your application: 1.
