Key Responsibilities and Deliverables As a Network Project Manager at Workwarp, your primary focus will be on managing projects related to critical areas such as Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, leveraging your project management expertise to drive success. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure seamless project execution. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: 8+ years of work experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of managing projects and technical documentation within a technology-driven environment. Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with networking technologies, including Cisco and Arista systems, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, and to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
