Position Summary As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll be responsible for partnering with ICU Medical leaders to develop strategies to identify and hire high-performing talent. You'll contribute to the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to perform at high levels in a dynamic environment, and a strong understanding of the medical device industry. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and evaluate applicants to identify top candidates. Schedule and conduct phone interviews, as well as competency-based behavioral interviews. Provide status updates to HR and hiring managers as necessary. Conduct reference checks and assist with background check processes. Collect interview feedback and document candidate assessments throughout the interview process. Partner with agencies and job board representatives to source top talent. Provide expertise in branding, attracting, and acquiring high-performing talent to meet ICU Medical's strategic business needs. Offer guidance, consultation, and education to hiring managers on hiring processes and best practices. Develop knowledge and understanding of ICU Medical's culture, products, business model, and the medical device industry. Ensure that candidates experience a high-quality recruiting and interview process. Contribute to ICU Medical's culture of collaboration, respect, transparency, ethics, efficiency, and high achievement. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. At least 5 years of experience in HR performing staffing responsibilities. Approachable and responsive resource with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time-sensitive tasks within a fast-paced environment. Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others. Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications International experience in HR or recruitment. Proficiency with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of employment laws and government regulations related to talent acquisition processes.
