Prior experience migrating from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration (job requisitions, job postings, interview steps, offer process, candidate stages). Understanding of recruiting compliance and data privacy considerations. Ability to translate business requirements into functional design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have:Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio). Exposure to other ATS platforms (iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, etc.).
