Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as design, visual arts, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio that showcases your creativity, innovation, and expertise in visual and UX design. Proven ability to create and direct exceptional in-product media customer experiences. Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across different platforms and audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design methodologies.
