You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain reports, implement and maintain information systems, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, produce, and analyze customer operations data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence * Create and maintain reports for business operations and special projects, including operational processes and data analysis * Utilize knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools, and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business * Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of information systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, data analysis, or a related field * Experience in Medicaid and 837 EDI (i, p, d) is highly desirable * 5+ years of experience with NCPDP Files (null) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software, such as AWS or Azure * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Insight Global, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
