As a Senior Technical Manager, you'll lead impactful healthcare consulting engagements, drive operational excellence, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on client success and continuous growth Responsibilities: -By leveraging strong technical knowledge, the tech manager reviews, analyses, and modifies designated systems including completing configuration, testing, and documentationConsults with clients to identify operational goals and needs then translates the client s needs into detail requirement specificationsDocuments the current state workflowsEnsures client engagement expectations and deliverable deadlines are metPrepares and completes action plans, determines system improvements, resolves problems, and implements necessary changes as identifiedInvestigates alternative solutions including feasibility using vendor analysis and vendor evaluations. Identifies new opportunities for implementation, optimization, upgrades, and ongoing application support in conjunction with the business team. Supervises the day-to-day workload on assigned engagements and reviews work productSupervises the day-to-day workload on assigned engagements and reviews work product Experience: -Location: -Duration: -Educational Qualifications: -Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills: -Mandatory skillsStrong technical acumen with knowledge of and demonstrated technical abilities with end-user hardware and software and associated platforms (cloud, on prem), including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, ServiceNow and development environmentsMinimum five (5) years of healthcare industry experience, with a vendor or consulting organization, or within a large provider-based delivery system, requiredProven troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExceptional interpersonal, organization, and customer service skillsMust have managed a technical team either recently or at some point in the past, must be able to speak to what they did as the Technical Manager. Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, Python)Experience with Workday.
