Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Dell's workspace client products and solutions. Identify and target potential customers through market research and networking. Utilize strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. Conduct in-depth needs analysis with customers to understand their business objectives and IT needs. Create tailored solutions that align with customer needs, utilizing Dell's workspace client products and solutions. Present proposals and solutions to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of Dell's products and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Continuously track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales. Stay informed on industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Represent Dell at industry events and conferences to promote our products and solutions. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
