We're proud to oversee the new Freedom House, a 24/7 residence located on State Street in Portland. This safe and supportive home serves women who have experienced chronic homelessness, substance use disorders, domestic violence, incarceration and other challenges. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housing Operations Manager to join our team and help launch this impactful program. About the Role: As the Housing Operations Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Freedom House, ensuring a safe, respectful, and well-managed environment for residents and staff. This is a leadership role that includes:Overseeing daily facility operations and ensuring compliance with program policiesSupervising staff and supporting team developmentManaging resident schedules, programming, and safety plansHandling payroll, documentation, and reportingCollaborating with property management and community partnersSupporting a healthy and inclusive living environmentThis position is based on-site and is a key member of our Behavioral Health Network Leadership Team. What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSupervisory and operational management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with vulnerable populations, particularly women impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, substance use, incarceration or mental health challengesA collaborative, team-focused mindsetExcellent organizational and documentation skillsWhy Join Us?
