The RoleOur Product Manager for Credit Building will be at the center of creating the next generation of credit-building products at OnePay! You’ll help launch initiatives that give millions of people better ways to build their credit - translating complex financial systems into simple, trusted experiences by working cross-functionally and owning a product that’s critical to both customer impact and company growth. Own the end-to-end development of new credit-building products, from ideation and requirements definition, through build and launch, ensuring the final outcome is simple, accessible, and trustedPartner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and others to deliver seamless user experiences and technically sound productsNavigate complex credit, financial, and regulatory structures to create innovative solutions that are simple for customers to use and understandOperate as an execution-focused PM: drive clarity from ambiguity, push projects forward, and deliver measurable outcomesBuild a deep understanding of credit-building consumer needs, using insights to guide product decisions and inform go-to-market strategiesYou Bring7–10 years of product management experience, with direct experience in consumer fintech products; credit-building, lending, or card products strongly preferredStrong technical aptitude—able to engage with the “guts” of financial products (e.g., credit bureau reporting, banking core systems)Proven track record of execution, with examples of shipping complex financial and/or regulatory-heavy productsStrong collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance functionsAbility to manage trade-offs and make progress amid ambiguity, with a bias for action and accountabilityEmpathy for consumers who are building or repairing their credit, and a passion for building products that create meaningful financial outcomesDrive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executorWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1401(k) plan with company matchRemote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growthA high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impactStandard Interview ProcessInitial Interview with Talent PartnerTechnical or Hiring Manager InterviewTeam InterviewExecutive InterviewOffer!
