About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics. • Ensure all travel complies with company policies and federal law. • Collect and analyze data related to operational metrics. • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to guide business decisions. • Partner with People Analytics to define dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, or similar. • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis processes through automation while improving overall data accuracy. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. • At least 2 years of directly related experience in travel, logistics, or a closely related field. • Strong, demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access-Or similar databases). • Proven experience creating organizational systems and implementing process improvement. Nice-to-haves • Experience in analytics, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a related industry. • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Experience reconciling travel (or other business) expenses. • Prior operational support experience in a federal contracting environment. • Experience supporting employees in OCONUS locations. • Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods of time.
