Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to design, develop, and maintain the organization's long-term and short-term strategic objectives. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven background in finance, data modeling, data management, data governance, and data integration practices, enabling you to lead teams in delivering high-quality, performant, and effective data solutions. You will oversee all aspects of assigned data initiatives and a studio of experts who design, build, and operate the systems and processes that handle customer data, ensuring freshness, satisfaction, security, and privacy. Key Responsibilities Be hands-on with the delivery of data modeling, design, and data contracts creation Coordinate tasks and partner engagement to enable the delivery of data products that are discoverable, easy to understand, and align with strict Governance, Risk, and Compliance guidelines Maintain sound engagement with partners to ensure solutions are correctly measured and strategically aligned with the overall data strategy Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data product strategies that align with financial objectives and targets Analyze and manage gap analysis for the management of financial data structure from different sources into a modernized platform Create and deliver timelines, budgets, acceptance criteria, and service levels Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions Strong data modeling design and documentation skills following the full delivery lifecycle of business engagement through to feasible, legal, and physical data design and project delivery; supporting specialty units' data, business intelligence, and AI/ML needs Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools — including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK) Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment insight creation and distribution Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Executives Build serious strengths in best practices and standards in data and engineering Deep technical expertise on data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and processes to different levels of the organization Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience What We Offer At Disney, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
