Job DescriptionClient Relationship & Account Strategy: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Amazon seller clients• Develop and present weekly business reviews outlining performance, insights, and strategic recommendations• Translate client goals and feedback into clear objectives and roadmaps for the company's delivery teamsAmazon Marketplace Management:• Oversee day-to-day management of Seller Central: catalog updates, suppression resolutions, inventory alerts, and account health• Collaborate with ad specialists to build, optimize, and scale Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP campaigns• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, buy box win rate) and initiate data-driven experiments to improve performanceProcess Documentation & Best Practices:• Capture current workflows (e.g., title rewrites, backend term audits, A/B tests) in standardized, machine-readable formats• Develop and maintain a playbook of the company's best-practice 'recipes' for listing optimization, PPC management, and inventory forecasting• Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to translate documented processes into automation specs and test casesCross-Functional Coordination:• Liaise between clients, listing copywriters, designers, PPC analysts, and engineers to ensure seamless execution and handoffs• Prioritize tickets in the project management tool, escalate blockers, and validate deliverable quality before publication• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to align on capacity, deliverables, and continuous improvementPerformance Analysis & Reporting:• Build and maintain dashboards that aggregate client data across Sales, Traffic, Inventory, and Advertising• Conduct root-cause analysis for performance deviations; recommend corrective actions• Automate recurring report generation and distribution to clients and internal stakeholdersSkill Set• This role is open ONLY to Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines • Experience: 5+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, ideally at an agency or high-growth startup. • Analytical mindset: Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Attribution, Helium 10, Data Studio) and comfortable deriving insights from large datasets. • Process orientation: Demonstrated ability to document, standardize, and refine workflows; familiarity with BPM tools or templating languages is a plus. • Communication: Stellar written and verbal skills; able to distill complex tactics into executive summaries and actionable next steps. • Collaboration: Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and analysts. • Organization: Exceptional project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
