In this role, you will interact with customers through live chat on our website to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat. • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Accurately document customer interactions in the support system. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or issues to improve service quality.
