Job Summary As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting clients in the clinical trials industry by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our software applications. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues related to client software applications for clinical trials Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and software applications Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A college degree in a related field (preferred) At least one year of applicable experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus, but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, Indiana, and travel to client sites for urgent situations Work Schedule and Benefits The hours for this position will be: SECOND OR THIRD SHIFT (5PM - 1AM OR 9PM - 5AM) FLEX WEEKENDS (10AM - 6PM or 6PM - 2AM) Unisys offers an outstanding benefits package, featuring: Unlimited paid time off 401(k) match Comprehensive healthcare HSA matching Ongoing learning opportunities And more!
