RequirementsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in reimbursement or account-based reimbursement management roles within the medical device industry. Solid understanding of the evolving reimbursement landscape and practice management environments. Familiarity with payer policies and HIPAA compliance requirements. Proven ability to engage with decision-makers at facilities, practices, and payers. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, including professional correspondence and presentations. Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Strong account management and relationship development skills with a focus on account penetration. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
