Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Agent - Overnight Shift (Remote) We're looking for a customer-focused and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team as a full-time remote Customer Experience Agent, working overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and high-quality manner. Become an expert in Whatnot's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, seeking opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions, using customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong customer service mentality with a passion for reaching the best possible outcome. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Availability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST, including weekends. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. A proactive problem-solving and process-improving mindset. Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. A bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred. Previous start-up experience is a plus.
