This program is designed to provide Service members with a seamless transition into the civilian workforce and to help them develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their chosen careers. **Roles and Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Supplier Risk Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supplier risk management program that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with first-tier and sub-tier suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing a supplier risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with suppliers * Collaborating with procurement and sourcing teams to evaluate and select suppliers based on risk criteria * Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance, including financial stability, operational capabilities, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards * Developing and maintaining tools and systems to track and manage supplier risk information * Leading cross-functional teams to address and resolve supplier risk issues * Providing training and support to internal stakeholders on supplier risk management practices and procedures * Partnering with the Enterprise Risk Management team to ensure supplier risk management program elements meet broader company requirements and expectations **Tasks** As a Full Stack Supplier Risk Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading supplier risk management program deliverables, including: * Reporting on supplier risk management program performance and progress * Conducting comprehensive risk assessments using various methodologies to evaluate potential risks across different risk types * Developing strategies to address identified risks, including implementing corrective actions, contractual clauses, and contingency plans * Communicating supplier risk information to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, sourcing teams, and compliance officers * Participating in continuous improvement projects and cross-functional projects aimed at improving risk governance and process performance * Identifying and measuring risk associated with vendor risk controls * Documenting and tracking risks and recommendations of completed supplier assessments **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, audit, or compliance functions, with a focus on supplier risk management * Strong understanding of global supplier risk management requirements related to ethical sourcing, risk management, and regulatory compliance * Experience in change management and driving continuous improvement in procurement governance processes * Knowledge of risk management methodologies and risk mitigation principles * People management experience preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent business communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement * Proven ability to organize, execute, and deliver on commitments **Additional Information** GE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
