We are seeking a results-driven and customer-obsessed Sr. Sales & BD Tech Manager to drive growth for our creators and brands. As a key member of our Creators team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with brands and creators, and driving revenue growth through innovative monetization solutions. Our goal is to strengthen creators' sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops. The Creator Monetization team provides brands with opportunities to tap into commerce creators at Amazon, growing brands' businesses and creators' earnings in the process. As a Sr. Sales & BD Tech Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for creators, including physical events, gifting, creator connections, and net-new offerings. You will be customer-obsessed, ensuring that our brand partners receive white-glove support throughout the sales process. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of sales offerings, respond to inbound requests from brand partners and internal stakeholders, and own relationships with advertising sales and retail teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a salesperson to drive revenue for creators, including physical events, gifting, creator connections, and net-new offerings. Developing and introducing net-new monetizable influencer products that grow revenue and earning opportunities for creators. Partnering with product and engineering managers to translate brand feedback into actionable feature enhancements, roadmap items, and product innovation. Maintaining and updating our wiki to house all available opportunities for brands, pitch materials for account executives, and corresponding requirements for partnership activations. Partnering with ad sales finance to ensure that all brand sponsorship opportunities are commissionable for the ad sales team and our offering is profitable. Operationalizing our offering in partnership with ad sales systems and platform teams, helping to drive reporting and visibility across Salesforce and our OMS. Developing and continuously iterating on the value proposition, pricing strategy, metric availability, and client solutions to meet customer needs. Creating case studies and benchmarks that illustrate the value proposition and brands' expected ROI in partnering with creators. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 6+ years of professional non-internship sales marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience leading go-to-market for new program launches. Preferred qualifications include experience in influencer or affiliate marketing.
