About the Role We are looking for a Strategic Project Management Professional to lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the Reservations (RES) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, from project inception to execution and closure. Create and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, project plans, risk and issue logs, and dashboards. Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying priority and complexity, across different teams and stakeholders. Drive the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring a strong alignment with stakeholders across the broader project. Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and projects that result in timely dissemination of information and communication consistency. Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management. Establish and maintain effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional stakeholders, and cross-divisional Delta teams. Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management. Essential Qualifications Excellent planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills. Proven ability and a demonstrated track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management. Ability to lead and work independently and within a team. Proficiency in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations. Must perform satisfactorily in their current role. Embodies Delta's Standards of the Road, guiding principles, and safety-conscious behaviors.
