About the Role As a Part-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide product information when needed Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager, including supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and store events Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive customer satisfaction, and promote a positive store environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
