As a Product Marketing Lead, you'll shape customer experiences, define customer strategy, lead go-to-market initiatives, and develop compelling narratives. This role demands ownership of high-impact initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and the ability to resolve complex challenges while driving business outcomes. Requirements5-7 years of experience in product or partner marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a Payments or Fintech environment. Proven track record of leading partnership strategy and communication alongside product launches and GTM strategy that delivers business results. Excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for a wide range of audiences. Highly analytical mindset—confident with data and able to extract insights that influence partnership communication and marketing strategies. Confident cross functional team leader who is able to manage multiple relationships with partners, merchants and stakeholders to drive the marketing communication strategy forward with multiple team’s buy-in. Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Experience working with in-house designers and content developers to drive flawless execution in both design and copy communication. Campaign development leader with the ability to pull insights from customer data and build an effective campaign with multiple communication touchpoints.
