Role OverviewAs an integral member of the team, the Interim Staffing Recruiter will primarily focus on leading the firm’s efforts to recruit a Contingent Workforce pool to fill various needs across all practices. This individual will manage full lifecycle recruiting of experienced contractor hires, working closely with the firm’s leaders and Partners to determine current and future talent needs, conduct market research to find the right talent, and manage all aspects of the recruiting process from initial contact through offer. This role is critical to the firm’s plans to attract premier talent within the healthcare industry. ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the firm’s Contingent Workforce recruiting strategy, including managing all aspects of the recruiting process for current and proposed openings (e.g., marketing, candidate selection, contract negotiation, offer closing)Manage recruiting efforts for experienced Independent Contractor hires at all role levels, including generalist and specialist profilesProactively source candidates by utilizing a range of strategies (e.g., cold calling, online databases, social media sites, networking, employee referrals, industry events)Manage external search firms and contractor vendors to supplement internal recruiting efforts, as neededFacilitate offer decision processes, weighing perspectives of multiple stakeholders and deftly guiding discussions to surface issues and build alignment with a focus on maintaining firm marginsSupport ongoing refinements to existing recruiting processes and systemsServe as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing, and working with colleagues to ensure the successful onboarding of new Independent Contractor hiresWorking closely with practice leadership, successfully negotiate terms of Independent Contractors’ employment contractsDevelop and maintain strong resource pipelines of contractor candidates with skillsets commonly utilized by the firm in a contract capacityDevelop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues throughout the firmQualifications and Desired SkillsOne to three years of progressive recruiting and experience sourcing a Contingent Workforce within a professional services or staffing firmHealthcare-related recruiting experience a plusClear track record of delivering resultsStrong research and candidate generation skills, with the ability to generate a high-quality candidate pipeline; fluent in social recruiting tools including LinkedIn RecruiterOutstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the Chartis value proposition and listen exceptionally wellEntrepreneurial spirit: relishes opportunity to drive all aspects of contractor hire recruiting to create meaningful impact for the firmThrives in a rapidly evolving, dynamic environment, high level of comfort with ambiguityFlexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple projects and processes while remaining extremely detail-orientedHighly collaborative; equally effective as a team leader and a team playerStrong networks in management consulting and healthcare industries preferredHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookThis is a remote roleMinimal travel required (e.g., quarterly firm meetings, industry events)Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 base salary, plus commission. The salary range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
