Key Responsibilities Have in-depth knowledge of our menu to explain offerings to guests and make recommendations when needed. Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every guest, every time, by being attentive, friendly, and efficient. Answer phone calls within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders in a professional and courteous manner. Enter orders in the proper sequence to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Able to operate our POS system for transactions with ease and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to guests promptly. Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
