We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Worldwide Trader and Organization Estimating (GMNP) team, responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders. Job Summary The Executive Assistant will report to the VP of Global Merchant Pricing - Americas and provide administrative support to senior leaders across the American Express organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials. Key Responsibilities Orchestrate, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling all aspects of complex senior-level meetings and related logistics. Place, receive, and manage a high volume of calls and messages. Schedule and direct high volume of complex international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; coordinate essential identification/visa documentation. Perform general tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling communication, record association, research requested information, filing, and preparing pre-meeting review materials. Prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis. Exercise discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information. Develop and implement employee communications, including but not limited to, scheduling of town hall meetings, leadership updates, and phone calls. Other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while meeting tight deadlines. Self-starter with excellent initiative and prioritization skills. Bilingual with the ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred). Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, act independently, and be creative. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated personal excellence and strong work ethic with a great will to win. Proficient in the use and applications of American Express systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of financial services industry.
