Key Responsibilities Lead a team of approximately 8 analysts to deliver against a broad range of projects, applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques to understand customer lifetime value. Define the customer analytics roadmap and work closely with business stakeholders and other analytics teams to develop and implement solutions to optimize investments and improve profitability. Provide powerful insights that shape the understanding of customers, their economics, and how to make investments to improve customer lifetime value. Measure and provide insights and solutions into how to maximize customer life-time value, and create a customer performance forum to readout on customer KPIs. Support business teams in evaluating where to make investments to optimize customer returns. Lead and coach a diverse team of advanced analysts, analytics managers, and business analysts to deliver insights and decisions that benefit the organization. Essential Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in the tech or travel industry. Experience directly managing a team or demonstrated leadership skills in a senior-level role. Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong commercial acumen. Innovative and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to solutions. Skilled in engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including VPs/SVPs, and communicating complex concepts concisely and clearly. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and economics. Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to apply these skills to drive business outcomes. Demonstrated project and partner management skills, working with multiple teams across several countries. Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a keen desire to make a difference in everything you do. Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to see opportunities and take initiative to advance capabilities with little guidance or request to do so. Compensation and Benefits The total cash range for this position is competitive, with a range of $221,000 to $309,500, depending on location. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $353,500, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance.
