Environmental Management when needed for projectsCoach and mentor in agile best practicesAbility to shield team from outside distractions and interferencesRequirements: Investment and Financial background. Desirable knowledge in Customer reference, Derivative, Cash, Finance or Banking products. Technical background. Prefer knowledge in Reference Data, Master Data management, Snowflake, Python, ETL/ELT processingExperience with Atlassian suite of products (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Understand agile approaches (Kanban, Scrum)Familiar with common development practices and the SDLCAbility to multitask several ongoing issues. This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively.
