Job summary An exciting opportunity to commence your career, working towards a Level 3 Apprentice in the National Health Service as a Senior Administrative Assistant. The post holder will be expected to provide support to the Head of Contracts, Performance and CQUIN including supporting the team in undertaking a range of administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the team. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role]. As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Main duties of the job To provide a comprehensive administration and clerical support service to the Head of Contracts Performance and CQUIN alongside members of the Performance Team. To include the organisation of clerical workload, emails, meeting bookings management of records. This role will include support with the collection and preparation of data and statistics for service To deputise in the absence of the Performance Support Officer. Responsible for providing a confidential, quality administrative service to the Head of Contracts Performance and CQUIN. Main Duties of the role: :Ensure efficient day to day management of the administration office, including booking meetings, events and meeting rooms. Display and maintain high levels of customer service at all times, ensuring all users have a positive experience at their point of contact. To undertake all IT requirements, utilising Microsoft Office packages and other electronic systems including ESR, Trac, SystmOne. Responsible for the production of high-quality documentation, including confidential reports, letters and spreadsheets. Diary management including proactive preparation of documents and papers for agreed meetings as directed. Email management as required. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, utilising the Trac recruitment system, arranging interviews and ensuring all documentation for successful candidates is received.
