Role Overview You are a remote closer responsible for taking qualified leads across the finish line and generating your own deal flow when needed. You’ll handle inbound interest, referrals, and network-generated leads—but you’re not dependent on them. You control your pipeline. You run structured discovery, diagnose real operational problems, and close five-figure automation projects with conviction. You sell clarity, efficiency, and execution—not hype or gimmicks. Core Responsibilities ● Identify and reach decision-makers at professional service firms ● Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, private groups, and curated events) ● Conduct discovery and sales calls with clarity, structure, and control ● Sell preliminary AI Audit to diagnose operational bottlenecks and prescribe tailored automation solution ● Keep pipeline, CRM, and reports fully up-to-date ● Align with internal teams to scope deals precisely and ensure delivery fit KPIs ● Make 50+ outbound touchpoints/day ● Take qualified discovery calls/week ● Minimum 2 deals closed/week ● CRM and sales recap reporting. Who You Are ● B2B closer, or SDR with experience selling to founders, managing partners, or ops directors ● Intermediate understanding how regulated, labor-intensive firms operate ● Clear, concise, and confident communicator ● Quota-driven and self-managed—no excuses, no babysitting ● Skilled at mapping technical benefits to financial outcomes ● Systematic in sales approach—disciplined in follow-up and process Preferred Qualifications (Hunger is valued over experience) ● 2+ years selling to professional services or enterprise accounts ● Background in high-ticket sales ($6K–$100K+ per deal) ● Familiar with automation, backend systems, or operational consulting ● Past clients in legal, accounting, finance, or consulting sectors Compensation ● Aggressive(high) commission structure ● Awards, and bonuses for top performers (output weighted) ● OTE: $100K–$500K+ for top performers ● Advancement path: Enterprise Sales or Sales Leadership Job Type: Contract Pay: $46,626.04 - $120,151.79 per year Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Evening shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
