As a Senior Data Analyst at Disney, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for analyzing and managing data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure the accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber agreements, and new data collection. Your expertise will be essential in identifying subscribers impacted by events requiring critical and legal remediations, and you will collaborate with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and that clients receive discounts when required. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our Disney Streaming portfolio. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights to drive growth. You will work closely with our data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Manage and analyze data to support business decisions, including subscriber data, membership change notifications, and event remediations * Develop and maintain data models and databases to support data analysis and reporting * Collaborate with upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications * Identify subscribers impacted by events requiring critical and legal remediations * Work closely with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in data analysis and management, with a strong background in SQL and ETL processing pipelines * 3+ years of experience in a scientific field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts * Proven ability to communicate complex technical or scientific ideas to a wide range of audiences * Strong knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker * Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Degree in a scientific field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of data science concepts, such as machine learning and predictive modeling * Postgraduate education in a scientific field * Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Windstream * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles About the Company Culture At Disney, we are committed to creating a culture that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and development.
