About the Role We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in a remote capacity, based in Pennsylvania. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning your own territory, building strong partnerships with senior leadership, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales approaches. Key Responsibilities Penetrate and Win New Enterprise Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Grow Existing Business: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow existing business with Enterprise solutions, meeting revenue and profit targets. Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders within Enterprise accounts. Market Analysis and Account Planning: Conduct market analysis to identify new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early. Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identifying gaps and actions required. Brand Promotion: Propel the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand with customers, prospects, and alliance partners through participation and exposure at various industry events. Essential Qualifications Experience: 10-15+ years of direct enterprise-level sales experience in a quota-carrying software sales role, ideally within cloud-based technology. Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Sales Track Record: Proven track record of success in closing 1M+ TCV deals and managing multiple large accounts. Technology Competence: Strong technology competence with tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills across all audiences, with the ability to be flexible and act in the best interests of customers and the business. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Independent contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivator who is driven to succeed and likes to overachieve. Geographic Territory: Familiarity with the geographic territory in which the organization operates is crucial. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in the IT or software industry, particularly in Enterprise sales. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive growth and revenue. Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer challenges and negotiate complex contracts. Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Continuous Learning: Passion for learning and willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
