Key Responsibilities: Driving Strategic Growth and Innovation Lead the Apparel pyramid modernization efforts for Inventory Management, partnering with leaders from planning, merchandising, and enterprise strategy teams to drive optimal inventory strategy and champion financial discipline. Drive the enterprise operating model work across multiple workstreams, including Speed & Flexibility, Integrated Operating Forecast, Space & Findability, Allocation & Assortment Pack Optimization, Network Topology, Digital Profitability, and the Fast Apparel Model. Influence senior leaders to champion change and drive business outcomes, ensuring that new processes and strategies deliver upon pyramid level sales and profit and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to balance financial and guest-facing goals, ensuring that outcomes meet business objectives. Serve as the voice of the business in multiple system implementations, ensuring that solutions support Target's growth and exceed guest expectations. Partner with the Senior Director of Apparel to drive broader initiatives that support guest reliability, sales, and profit. Lead efforts to drive commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture that values innovation, inclusivity, and diversity. Essential Qualifications: Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will need: A 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 8+ years of relevant experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and/or Merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising or planning functions preferred. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management fundamentals, systems, and practical applications. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to manage risk. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and forward-thinking recommendations. Ability to operate in a rapidly changing work and industry environment, managing complex priorities and situations with degrees of variation and uncertainty. Enterprise mindset that understands the impact of decisions on own business and partner organizations. Ability to act with independence in a complex business model, with organizational savviness to create and move change throughout the enterprise.
