About the Role As a CCAI Sales Specialist IV, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) business. Your primary focus will be on building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, identifying innovative solutions to customer challenges, and driving the adoption of Google Cloud's AI and Customer Experience technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer engineering, marketing, and product development, to deliver against quota, achieve strategic business goals, and ensure customer success and expansion. Key Responsibilities Build and Manage Relationships: Act as the Customer Experience and CCAI subject matter expert, managing complex business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and influencing the long-term strategic direction of accounts. Drive Business Growth: Deliver against quota, achieve or exceed strategic business and growth goals, and forecast and report your territory's business performance. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Google accounts and various teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline and business growth, close agreements, and provide excellent customer experience. Identify and Articulate Solution Use Cases: Assist customers in identifying CCAI and AI/GenAI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field. Sales Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Industry Experience: Experience in or supporting the healthcare, life sciences, or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and customer needs. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Contact Center technologies (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio) and promoting CCAI and GenAI/AI technology stacks. Preferred Qualifications Strategic Sales Experience: Experience carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in sales roles, with a proven track record of success. Executive Relationships: Experience supporting long-term executive relationships, developing new territories/accounts, and ensuring customer success, adoption, and expansion. Internal/External Collaboration: Experience working with internal/external teams to inventory existing software estate, build cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements. Market Trends and Knowledge: Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud, AI, and Customer Experience, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
