As a remote team member based within 60 miles of Boston, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, cultivating corporate partnerships, and engaging top fundraisers and participants. Key Responsibilities: Leading Fundraising Efforts for MORE THAN PINK Walk/Race for the Cure Develop and execute a year-round fundraising plan and budget to meet revenue goals for the local market, with a focus on MORE THAN PINK Walk/Race for the Cure events. Cultivate and activate corporate partnerships, top fundraisers, and participants through strategic engagement and solicitation. Manage and execute logistics for MORE THAN PINK Walk/Race for the Cure events, ensuring successful outcomes and revenue growth. Collaborate with Community Development leadership, National Race/Walk Managers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue-generating activities. Develop and maintain relationships with key constituents, including top fundraisers, team captains, sponsors, and volunteers. Motivate and interact with MORE THAN PINK Walk Team Captains and participants to aid in retention efforts. Work cross-functionally with other Development Managers on larger national strategies and initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Experience and Skills for Success Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, special events, and team management, with a priority in peer-to-peer fundraising. 3 years of fundraising experience overseeing $500K+ in revenue through peer-to-peer fundraising events, major gifts, and sponsorship. Strong volunteer recruitment and management skills, with demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and motivation. Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively speak and present to diverse groups and individuals. Preferred Experience: Additional Skills and Qualifications Experience in evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements. Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Familiarity with the local non-profit space and community.
