My client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Specialist to support their growing betting & gaming operations in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional with 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or legal administration for an iGaming operator or supplier. You will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with state-level gaming regulations by managing license applications, renewals, and ongoing reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit license applications and renewals for operations across various U. S. jurisdictions. • Maintain accurate records of licensing statuses, deadlines, and regulatory correspondence. • Liaise with state regulators, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submissions. • Monitor regulatory updates and changes in licensing requirements across states. • Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal licensing procedures and compliance checklists. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a licensing, compliance, or regulatory role in sports betting, casino or adjacent highly regulated space. • Familiarity with U. S. state-level gaming regulations is a strong plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field preferred. Nice to have: • Experience working with U. S. gaming regulators (e.g., NJ DGE, PA Gaming Control Board, Michigan Gaming Control Board). • Exposure to international licensing processes (e.g., MGA, UKGC) is a bonus. • Interest in the iGaming industry and regulatory trends.
