This Director of Strategic Account Management role will be regionally aligned to the West Region major oncology accounts, but not limited to regional responsibilities due to the national reach of accounts. The role will involve developing and executing account level business plans, identifying key stakeholders, and building relationships with customers to position Takeda Oncology as a preferred partner. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, marketing or related field10+ years industry experience2+ year’s experience with responsibility for Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPO accounts with in-office and medically integrated dispensing2+ years prior experience as an Oncology Field Sales leader with proven ability to work within a matrix team environment to achieve business results3+ years focused account management knowledge of oncology marketplace, access influencers, and community oncology driving value, access, and profitabilityStrong customer orientation and account management expertise and are resourceful with strong networking skills.
