Your role Helping to tell the Disney Programs story through engaging, high-quality visual content for various platforms and audiences, including both short- and long-form videos, photography, and graphic design Collaborating with team members and partners to produce content, ensuring work adheres to brand guidelines and meets Disney’s high standards of quality Brainstorming, planning, and facilitating shoots, including managing schedules, communicating with talent, and leading production Bringing to life a wide range of creative design work that may include social assets, web assets, informational materials, and print and digital promotional content Staying up to date on the video, social media, and design trends and best practices Supporting Program events, including arrivals and end-of-program capstone events​​​​. Training & development Disney University is a training facility where Disney Cast Members take classes related to their specific roles and work locations. Rather than completing computer or video training, Cast Members sit in actual classes and can take away a lot of valuable information from each session. About you Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program, OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or recent graduate) in Digital Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Experience in project management Experience in content creation/design for social media platforms Current OR previous participation in the Disney College Program Experience in graphic design, photography, and videography (production and editing).
