What You Will Be Doing • Architecting and optimizing a high-yield recruitment funnel targeting MIT and Stanford's top CS/ML talent—from initial contact through to final offer acceptance • Taking complete ownership of campus event logistics—securing venues, coordinating catering, producing promotional materials, and ensuring flawless execution • Conducting regular trips to MIT and Stanford campuses to facilitate engaging information sessions, presentations, and meaningful interactions with students and faculty • Implementing a data-driven recruitment strategy with rigorous tracking of outreach metrics, event attendance, assessment completion rates, and final conversion statistics • Serving as the official ambassador for the Alpha AI Engineer internship program—responsive, detail-oriented, and establishing credibility with technical audiences What You Won’t Be Doing • Passively relying on corporate branding or HR initiatives to generate student interest—you're accountable for every aspect of the recruitment cycle • Making occasional campus appearances or implementing superficial recruitment tactics—expect an intensive, sustained campaign every single week • Delegating execution details to support staff—you'll personally handle everything from venue reservations to promotional materials and refreshments • Adhering to conventional business hours—your schedule will align with student availability: evenings, weekends, and even during examination periods College Recruiter Key Responsibilities Secure a complete cohort of 50+ exceptional Alpha AI Engineer interns exclusively from MIT and Stanford by May 2026 through strategic direct outreach campaigns, compelling campus events, and meticulous application funnel optimization.
