About the Role As an East Coast Territory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's top-notch product offering in the East Coast territories. You will provide crucial insights into competitiveness across different destinations, collaborate with operations and Territory Manager(s) to monitor essential metrics, and support the consistent availability and quality of key products within the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Guarantee the company's top-notch product offering in the East Coast territories, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and competitiveness. Provide crucial insights into competitiveness across different destinations, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with operations and Territory Manager(s) to monitor essential metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers. Support Territory Manager(s) in ensuring the consistent availability and quality of key products within the ecosystem, conducting regular quality checks and implementing improvements as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive business growth and expansion. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1-3 years of prior experience in a B2B account/territory management type role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality. Knowledge of Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
