Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Achievement Director, you'll work with a group of 6-10 Client Achievement Supervisors to develop, continuously improve, learn, and grow to support both sellers and Amazon's numerous clients. Your own commitment, relationship building, and analytical skills are vital to fostering a trusted advisory relationship to guide and impact sellers to achieve their key and strategic objectives. About the Role As a Client Achievement Director, you'll be responsible for: Acting as the primary resource and internal advocate for merchant issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns. Identifying, recommending, and executing key seller needs across marketing, advertising, and supply chain management. Interacting with various stakeholders to develop product messaging on Amazon.com, monitor inventory stock positions, and track sales performance. Analyzing data from various sources and presenting recommendations to merchants on trends and opportunities. Providing support and key business proposals while working with internal teams to ensure operational execution. Creating and delivering reports to sellers tailored to their needs and key growth objectives. Teaching sellers on tools, solutions, processes, and relevant learning experiences through Amazon programs and products. Pitching special opportunities to assist sellers in driving revenue growth to meet their YoY objectives. Collaborating with numerous internal partners to issue resolve, surface defects, extract and analyze data, and drive continuous improvement for merchants and the organization. Recognizing, addressing, and scaling process improvements across the team and broader organization. Managing testing account objectives, issues, and tasks. Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience analyzing data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers. 3+ years of professional work experience. Data analysis experience, including managing large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results. Experience creating and implementing procedures. Experience influencing partners. Proficiency in Excel. Strong time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build professional relationships. Experience quickly adapting to change and managing ambiguity. Preferred Capabilities We're looking for candidates with: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, purchasing, supply chain management, transportation, procurement, customer service, or consulting. 3+ years of experience in related industries, such as retail, hospitality, technology, consumer electronics, home goods, sporting goods, scientific products, industrial products, or telecommunications. Experience with scientific and efficiency tools, including or similar to: Scene, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Prophet Business Insight. E-commerce experience. Data analysis experience. Demonstrated ability to learn tools and processes and then effectively utilizing them to provide support. Ability to manage multiple tasks and needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results. Strong integrity. Excellent critical thinking skills. Openness to working in a diverse team and contributing to a comprehensive culture.
