About the Job We are seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our team as OTR team drivers, working with top clients such as UPS and Amazon. Key Responsibilities Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports, in a timely and accurate manner. Interact with customers on a daily basis, maintaining good customer relations and providing exceptional service. Conduct regular inspections of your vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Be available for work at all times to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Essential Qualifications Class A CDL license, with a minimum of 6 months OTR experience in the last 6 months. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, and walking. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with UPS and Amazon, or similar clients, with a strong understanding of their operations and requirements. Experience with dry van, dedicated, line haul, and LTL operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a non-forced dispatch environment, with a focus on driver satisfaction and retention. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
